  1. Is BizzTainer limited to contacting only some of my customers as a partner?

No, BizzTainer is an open solution for all participants in Industry, Retail and Service. With BizzTainer you can contact your most important and other business partners as well as buyers and suppliers.  back
  2. Does BizzTainer only support electronic invoicing (e-invoice)?

No, currently you are able to send or receive other messages with BizzTainer technology.
(ORDERS, DESADV, REMADV,...). Since third quarter of 2006 there has been the introduction of the first other message types.  back
  3. What do I need to send data?

All you need is access to the internet and an account with BizzTainer in the form of a BizzTainer-ID. If you’re interested in a fully integrated solution (connected to the ERP system), we should talk about transfer formats. We continue to advise you to apply for a GLN or DUNS no for exchanging messages (if you haven’t already got one). This eases communications with your business partners.  back
  4. How do I send data?

BizzTainer offers a broad range of options for sending data.

You can send and receive data via:

    • an online form
    • a connector (interface) via https
    • by e-mail
    • your usual environment (OFTP, AS2, FTP)

     back
  5. What format should I use to send data? (for a connection to the ERP system)

You can send data in the following formats:

    • with BizzTainer Connect Basic: BizzTainer standard interface (CSV or XML)

    • EDIFACT D.01B, D.96A und D93.A

     back
  6. Which data (fields) do I have to send?

We will send you a request document from the business partner that precisely defines mandatory and optional fields. We will of course be happy to answer any questions about this.  back
  7. Do I have to sign and archive the data myself?

No. BizzTainer offers the option of digital signatures and VAT-compliant archiving. You do not have to do anything. If you choose, though, you can deliver pre-signed data and archive it yourself.  back
  8. How quickly will I be „e-invoice-enabled?”

You can safely assume that you will be able to access the BizzTainer Web within a week and start exchanging initial test messages with your business partners. To connect to the ERP system you will agree a project plan, with us, which we will then implement together (usually takes 2-3 weeks).  back
  9. What happens if I send a wrong or incomplete invoice via BizzTainer?

BizzTainer validates the data you send. If the system identifies an error you will automatically receive an e-mail informing you of this. You can then correct the invoice and resend it.  back
  10. Can I only contact my customers via BizzTainer?

No. BizzTainer also has a concept for connecting to your own suppliers. This lets you connect to them via your own hub and so integrate them into your system topography.  back
